Differences Databricks as part of SAP BDC vs Databricks proper

hi everyone! Company is planning to move to SAP S4/HANA. We're currently using MS Fabric but plan to move to Databricks. Does it make a difference in terms of functionality if we get Databricks through SAP Business Data Cloud vs Databricks proper?
