Does OneLake diagnostics work across capacities?

Hi, The documentation says that OneLake diagnostics only works within the boundary of a capacity. However, after moving a workspace to another capacity, it still appears to be writing OneLake diagnostics logs to the same Lakehouse in the original capacity. Is this expected behavior?
