Is it possible to create new capacities in Azure East US?

Our fabric capacity trial just ran out and we need to get it licensed quickly in order to avoid losing our fabric items. I was previously aware of a 7 day window to get licensed before things are permanently deleted. The issue is that it seems the trial capacity was in East US and we cannot increase our Fabric capacity quota in East US above 0 CU in the Azure portal. We have submitted a support ticket in Azure for this, but are concerned about whether this will be granted. I don't particularly care about being in East US except that's where our fabric stuff currently is. We'd be ok switching t
