MLVs and CI/CD

Hi All I am exploring using MLVs for our silver and gold layers. How are people handling CI/CD deployment to test and prod workspaces? It seems that the MLV does not form part of the lakehouse metadata so needs a CREATE (OR REPLACE) MLV statement executed to materialise the data and register the MLV in the lineage. I can see this being extremely inefficient as the number of MLVs grow and also seems to be a headache regarding the orchestration of refreshing upstream data so the MLV can materialise correctly if referencing new tables/columns. Wondering how others are achieving this? Thanks submi
