Need B but I’m only getting A (conditional formatting question)

Hi guys - developing a screen for our garage that would notify mechanics when their parts arrive. I’ve got the back end working, but the table visual seems to only let me display a single column (A), when what I need is a grid (like what you see in B). I’m using a table because it allows for conditional formatting of the cells, so if there is another visual type to consider please keep in mind that this conditional functionality is critical to what I want the display to do.
