Which one to take DE Associate or DP-700

Hey evryone, I'm looking for some advice, i've been working as an BI/ETL developer for several years! and i feel that's it's time to movetoward modern coud platforms to stay relevant and open up more career opportunities. i've been researching different learning paths and certs, and i've narrowed it down to two options, that gonna be paid by my company : Microsoft DP-700 Fabric Data Engineer Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate the more i read the harder it is to choose, booth seem valuable.
