Would you choose D365 Business Central technical consulting if you had a Data Science degree?

I’m about to start a D365 BC Technical Consultant role and will also be working with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Is this a future-proof career for the next 10–15 years? Does a Data Science background help, or would I be better off pursuing a more traditional data/AI path?
